The George Inn - Cullompton

Some pubs can hit a bit and miss in their roasts. here I got an incredible hit. this place did not look like much from outside, but once inside it becomes clear that this is more from a restaurant than a pub. while it 'identity appears a little confused I was informed, it is under new management, so I am sure it is there when it is a bit more established. at the arrival we were greeted by the renter (loving person) and the living dog (also lovely). I was with my wife and 2 children (both under 6) and we all had a really wonderful evening meal. my son said it was the best dinner he ever had, and those desserts were as amazing as the main course. the only reason why this is not getting 5 stars because there are no baby change facilities (not a big problem if they have a baby). In addition, the roasts came with a beingeschirr from spicy vegetables and their more traditional sunflowers. that went very well with my roast beef, but I fought to see how the other meats could complicate in the offer (chicken and lamb) as they were a bit overwhelming. I can be wrong. Give them a try!

Delicious food in this friendly village pub. our four-headed family with our two dogs received a very warm welcome in this newly renovated pub. the food is all freshly cooked to provide with fresh, daily fish. we enjoyed our meals as well as the beautiful, homemade pubs. great!

What a beautiful inviting place! we went to lunch with our dog and were warmly welcomed by the renter. eating was absolutely delicious, and when our dog became restless, she took it from the hands for an impromptu training while we are. the living dog, nikita, was enchanting. if we live near, we would be back on a regular basis, would definitely recommend this place.

We arrived at 8:30, which is when they stop serving dinner, but they kindly accommodated us. The service and food were both amazing. I would definitely recommend this restaurant.

We stopped by for lunch with our dog. Even though it was just after the usual meal time, the owners kindly offered us a roast beef baguette and chips. The owners were very friendly, the food was delicious, and the beer selection was fantastic. We will definitely be coming back.
