Costa you should be ashamed , one staff member , undertrained (2weeks )and over worked , still smiling but taking so much grief! Where’s your duty of care to staff? Visited 21/08/22 4pm! Service: Take out Meal type: Other Price per person: £10–20

I attempted to use the click and collect service at this restaurant, but after waiting for 10 minutes, I approached the counter only to be told that my order hadn’t gone through. When I asked a staff member for an explanation, he admitted he didn’t know what the issue was. I tried again and waited another 10 minutes, but still found nothing at the counter. Another staff member informed me that the click and collect service never works here. That was half an hour wasted, and I left empty-handed. The staff were unprofessional and seemed indifferent.

I want to extend a heartfelt thank you to the staff member at this restaurant who provided fantastic assistance to my wife when she couldn't enter with our dog. The staff member observed her trying to wait in line, took her order, and even brought the coffee out to our car, all at no charge! This thoughtful gesture really made our otherwise frustrating journey much more pleasant. Thank you again! Food: 5 Service: 5 Atmosphere: 4

I regularly stop by this place, but my visit yesterday around 10 AM was disappointing. It shouldn't be too much to ask for an extra hot cortado and some butter for my toast instead of the spread they offered. The busy staff member didn’t seem willing to fetch more butter. I ordered two slices of toast, one of which was smaller than the other—an annoyance, but I could overlook that. However, what really bothered me was seeing the girl at the counter laughing with a colleague while looking over at customers. That felt quite unprofessional and disrespectful.
