Pasquale's Pizza Pasta - Cullman

I’ve been to Pasquales for years and it’s very good. The place is extremely crowded which tells me they are doing it right. Give this place a try. They have the Pasquales bread and all the original recipes. You won’t be disappointed.

I was home visiting family and was so excited to eat lunch at Pasquale’s. I grew up on that pizza. I remember the last time I ate at the original Pasquale’s. It was in 2019. I’m sorry to say I was extremely disappointed. It’s just not the same. The pizza was subpar, the pasta left a lot to be desired. The buffet area is way too small for the crowd. That being said, the next time I’m home, I will make another visit and try my most favorite item on the original menu, the hoagie. I really hope it will be as good as the original. By the way, that visit in 2019 was right before my dad passed away. The owners knew my family. Asked about my dad. And didn’t charge me for my lunch. That’s what Cullman used to be.

First, they were very busy. With a 20-minute wait. It was right after Sunday church. Read many little ones. So the servers were just over welmed. Our drinks arrived at our table before we finished the buffet line. The food was just how it was before the complete remodel. Except for the salad bar had more items! They also added soft serve ice cream.

If you remember the old Pasquale's, you'll love the new one. New building, more seating inside and outside, a full, well stocked bar and great people. And the old recipes live on!! The staff were very friendly and helpful. The food was awesome and it is so good to have them open again!
