Subway - Crystal Lake

I’m giving three stars because I generally enjoy Subway. However, if Google states that they close at 9 PM, then they should actually close at 9 PM, not 8:50. I don’t see other restaurants operating this way; it seems like they’re losing out on potential business.

The worst part is that they don’t accept credit/debit cards! Sometimes the hot sandwiches don’t stay warm for very long. However, there are many great choices available. They offer vegetarian options, which means your sandwich doesn’t have to include meat. You can also enjoy tuna salad, and salad bowls are available as well.

This is a fantastic Subway! I hadn't visited one in a while due to COVID and wasn't near this location, but I recently went to the one across town and tried four different sandwiches. They were made to perfection, just like always. The staff is incredibly friendly every time I go.

I would give this place 1 star, but I will give it 2 because I like to subway. arlene (in taking the manager because she is there every time I go) is extremely rude. she always seems like it's an inconvenience every time a customer enters. read these reviews, I guarantee that they are all about them. consider them, new management.

Terrible customer service. Won’t be going to this location anymore.
