Five Guys - Croydon

I have consistently received excellent customer service from the friendly staff at this restaurant. However, I have noticed that the quality of the fries can be inconsistent. While my peanut butter milkshake was delicious, the fries were soggy and should have been crispy, especially given the price. This was disappointing, as I have dined at other branches of this chain without encountering this issue. I paid just over £8 for two items, which is reasonable, but I expect better quality each time, particularly from a well-known chain like this.

Great place to stop. I trust them with my gluten and dairy allergy. I have Celiac and never had a problem. I either get a bowl with a plain burger with lettuce and tomato or a lettuce wrap. Also get a plain hot dog in a bowl. French fries always cooked in a dedicated frier snd the BEST! On a side note, they serve peanuts and may not be the place to go with peanut allergy.

Didnt deliver my full order and basically told me tough luck... but kept my money of course. Food in the past has been great what a shame I cannot trust them

The staff at this restaurant are very friendly and enthusiastic. The decor is stylish and clean. However, the food is average and not particularly memorable, and the prices are high. Because of this, I am unlikely to return as I do not want to spend that much money on mediocre food.
