Firehouse Subs - Crossville

I visited this restaurant for the first time today and was left disappointed. I had seen advertisements for their chicken Parmesan sandwich, which looked amazing on TV, so I decided to give it a try. Unfortunately, the meatballs were ice cold, as if they had just been taken out of the refrigerator and placed on the bread. The only thing that was warm was the melted cheese on top. While the service was friendly, my main focus at a sandwich shop is the food, not just the service.

If you choose to order a salad, be sure to pick up some dressing from Walmart beforehand. When you get back to work, you'll notice that you only receive a tiny cup of dressing—roughly half of what you might actually need.

This is the top spot in town for sub sandwiches! They also offer gluten-free bread for those with dietary restrictions.

The staff at this restaurant were friendly, but the place seemed a bit unclean. We ordered three different 12-inch subs. Unfortunately, my sister's roast beef sandwich was drenched in mayo, making it impossible to eat. We had ordered the subs to go and were already on the road when we found this issue.

I visited for the first time and received a warm welcome right upon entering. I was very impressed with both the service and the food. My meal was ready in just a few minutes. The steak and cheese sandwich was just what we needed as we were passing through the area during the recent snowy, cold weather. I would definitely come back. Overall, it was a fantastic meal and a lovely experience.
