The Apple Peddler - Crescent City

Hi! I visited the Apple Peddler Restaurant last summer and had such a welcoming and pleasant experience! When I started, I felt like in a small pop-up restaurant from the 80s, the mood of this place was so funny. My family and I sat and our waitress was this sweet and charming South woman. She helped us get something good from the menu! I have the fish and chips with potato salad and it hit the spot. The fish was fluffy and fresh and tasted directly with lemon, vinegar and teersauce. I have to try some steaks, pancakes and salad. Everything tasted right and made you feel nice and cozy in the restaurant. Definitely give this place a try and I would recommend driving to the Smith River afterwards! My favorite part in this place is the location and proximity to so many naturally beautiful picturesque areas. Your napkins are also really sweet;

I liked this place. The waitress was amazing! I wanted to take her with us on our adventures, for the day. The food was ideal. With a good location. The environment has very comfortable. The clientele was a happy bunch. Overall amazing experience here.

Came here for dinner, we ordered fish and chips and salmon dinner. The fish and chips were beautiful and crispy and the salmon was moderate. Came with Clam Chowder and it was okay. We ordered chocolate chip pancakes and chickens Nuggets w/ French fries for the children and they loved it. Also children portions are huge for the price. Our waitress recommended the Blackberry bully for Dessert and it was amazing. We had a pretty big party and the waitress seemed a bit confused when we showed up when it looked like she was the only one that worked. She sat us, brought us water and took our orders very quickly. When the food came out, it was hot and fresh. Good price for everything and she even added a discount for staying at the Bay View Hotel, which was a plus. Our waitress was very attentive and quiet because she had the whole restaurant full during dinner!! Had her name, but she wore a mask and was very polite under pressure from other customers. Great service! Definitely deserved the top. I'll be back next time.

Was really impressed with this place. You could say they were understated, but only woman who worked the floor literally ran from stand to stand and treated him like a boss. There were a lot of people there and she made sure that no table had an empty cup and took care of everything. What we selected from the menu was quite simple, but it was all perfectly cooked and tasteful.

If you're a person who usually eats late... Don't! You will scrambling to get everyone in the door, but not enough menu items. I'm sure you think why a 5-star review? Even if they don't have everything on the menu, they will do everything in their power to make you happy. The Parmesan Battered Fish was excellent. The menu item that is worth going for Dessert alone... BlackBerry Cobbler! This is my 2nd night in a row and it is still gorgeous, tasty and easy to Grubbin!
