I stopped at the food truck for lunch and was surprised at how many vegan burger patties were offered! Each patty was described to me and he type of flavors and spiciness to expect. I ended up choosing the lentil and Chia burger which was really delicious! It was smothered in their special sauce which was a vinagery-white sauce. The bun was toasted which was nice so it didn't fall apart or get soggy from all the sauce. The patty itself was absolutely delicious and very moist! I was a little nervous because other lentil patties I've had have been like sawdust. The person behind me ordered the zucchini pasta and I watched them spiral a fresh zucchini so I will probably try that next time! Great flavors, super fresh ingredients, and a great price!

We always go there and order sandwiches. They are very good and take the time to make it the way you want. The service is great. We love this place and it's located inside of the Express Lane Gas Station.
