Domino's Pizza - Crawfordville

Ok it's been a long time since I ordered dominoes and the menu has changed a lot. First of, it's all good the better! Love the menu, the pizza quality is great, the desserts were awesome. I ordered online on the way to store and sat in the parking lot for a bit before going in. When I went in, they had no idea what my order was. After looking around at the monitors and slips, we figured it out. Took a little longer than I expected for a large extra cheese to go... But I don't think it was the staffs fault. It really felt like the online ordering system is not terribly clear. The store was clean, the people working there were friendly, we joked a little while I waited... and the food was great when I got home. So, lost a star for the ordering system being awkward, but aside from that, all good

Normally I don’t leave a tip in advance but thought it no big deal.I placed our order, left a $7 tip on my CC, only to have my food placed on the ground at my doorstep. Not hearing anything… not even a call from Dominos as usual, I call the store wondering where it’s at. I get told that they left it at the door.There were ants crawling in it.Not only will I not be tipping in advance again, but I won’t be tipping at all… I was once a driver for Dominos did a far better job of customer service.

Very pleased with the service the employee went out of her way to make our experience positive. The facility was clean and organized. I will definitely be coming back.The employees name is Rita.
