Charco Grill Pizza Mart - Cranston

This is a takeout review. All food is eaten fresh in the vehicle. This was an OK experience. The fried mozzarella was OK, the garlic bread was OK, and the pepperoni pizza was OK. There was a great young lady running the front end. On a scale from 0-10 I would rate this 7.1.

My family and I are huge fans of PVD/Cranston. We order from there multiple times a week. Love the food (obviously) and love the staff! The last two times we ordered from there weren’t the greatest. John, the manager got on the phone and I told him what happened. I didn’t ask to speak with him. He chose to get on the phone and listen. He took an item off my new order and gave me 20% off. That’s how you run a business! Instead of losing a customer, John made it right and we will continue to order from PVD as we always do! Best pizza in Cranston!!

This location was my first experience with PVD Pizza. Service was helpful and friendly. We ordered 2 calzones, a Caesar salad and some mozzarella sticks at about 830 pm on a Saturday and waited for it in-store. It was in our hands in a little over 10 minutes, though I was expecting to wait longer based on some of the reviews here. The crust on these is perfect. Slightly crispy and nicely chewy. I got the buffalo chicken calzone and it was not at all soggy despite a generous amount of delicious buffalo sauce. We'll definitely be back to try a traditional pizza.

We. Have never gotten anything from this Cranston Resurant, We didn't like The food is awesome an the prices are wonderful reasonable. With inflation the way it is it's getting to expensive to eat out or order out . Thank You The Staff is nice there also an very patient. Thank Again PVD 5* from us.
