First time in NOLA, this is my 2nd breakfast/brunch at Ruby Slipper in 2 days! The service is so friendly and the food is really good. The eggs cochon are so delicious. Love the mix and match option and mimosa flight!

I ordered the Migas and a mimosa. Best breakfast I had during my short trip to NOLA. I did an add-on for a pancake, which was really good as well. Pancake was buttery, light, and melted in your mouth. Definitely will be returning when I'm back in the city.

The Ruby Slipper is a great place to go for brunch or breakfast. They have a wide variety of omelets, pancakes, waffles, and other breakfast dishes. They also have a good selection of cocktails and coffee. The food was delicious and the service was extremely friendly when we visited. If you're on the fence about shrimp and grits, I definitely recommend trying it here. I'm not a big fan of grits in general but they made me enjoy every bit of it. The biscuits and gravy were delicious as well. Come ready to gain a few pounds, elastic waist pants recommended.
