Backatown Coffee Parlour - Cozumel

Had the salmon sandwich, which comes on a bagel it was a little more rare than I would’ve liked but so delicious that I basically ate the whole thing. Also, had the iced chai latte that was good as well. Very nice ambiance is also black owned!!! Excited to return because I enjoyed studying there. Wish the hours were longer so I could get more work done here, but it is a cafe/small business. Would really become a nice college student spot though.

Tried this place this morning. It’s walking distance from me which is great. The coffee is good. Very spacious, clean space though I got my food (salmon and capers on a bagel and iced cold brew) to go. I do want to try their pastries and tumeric latte next time.

Amazing Black-owned cafe! The staff is super nice! The young ladies suggested the iced lavendar coffee with oatmilk which is now my new favorite! It is so refreshing! The grilled cheese with raspberries is soooo good and the blueberry muffin is bomb!

The coffee is delicious and they have a decent selection of pastries and light breakfast items. They have ample seating. Unlike many other coffee shops, this place is aesthetically elevated. Very pretty. The customer service is good. The only thing I don't like is that parking is a task to find.
