The customer service was appalling, the worst experience I've ever had anywhere. Customers, including myself, had to repeat our orders as the staff did not understand and were talking amongst themselves during the order. They even applied mayonnaise to my order without me asking for it when I had actually requested coffee. The food was just okay. Overall, the service was terrible and I will never be returning.
The service at this fast food restaurant seemed a bit slow, but I don't blame the hardworking individual behind the counter. It appeared that the lack of teamwork was the issue. Despite the delay, I still enjoyed my delicious Tikka Subway sandwich.
Called in for a breakfast sub, using a voucher. The man took the voucher book from me, ripped out the voucher then started to talk to me in a foreign language, which I didn’t understand. He chatted to the female assistant but ignored me. I felt maybe he didn’t like me using the voucher. The whole experience made me feel uncomfortable, so I won’t be using that branch again. It’s a shame as I love subway foods often call in when I see a branch, knowing I get good value.
Food is standard Metro nothing can go too badly (it's a busy shop, so you can expect to have fresh food every time you go) it's a shame that the staff serving seem petty. I know you're busy and you want to get through the whole world, but they're so sad they almost wilts your lettuce!
