Stopped in on way up island, figured it would be a good choice. We were very hungry. We ordered 4 appetizers. Literally the most rubbery calamari ever been served. The stuffed mushrooms weren't much better. Both my wife and I agreed as we turned left on cliff northbound that when we passed the a&w that a burger there would have been better. We were charged $66 for food that I wouldn't serve a guest.i asked for more drinks several times, nothing. If you are in the same situation, looking for good food on route, consider somewhere else.
This restaurant offers excellent dining. I can't wait to go back! I had the steamed mussels Alfredo, which were cooked perfectly. For the main course, I had the beef stroganoff, which was very filling and delicious. The prices are a bit high, but the food is good. The staff was attentive. I highly recommend trying it out!
My wife and I had lunch at this restaurant today and were extremely disappointed. My wife ordered mushroom caps and while the quality was good, the portion size was lacking. In the past, they used to come with half a slice of bread, but this time we were told by the server that there is now an additional fee for bread. This was ridiculous and we definitely won't be returning. I had a Caesar salad which was high in quality, but the portion size was extremely small - only three crumbs. They need to up their game.
I had a great experience during our visit to this restaurant. It was clean and the staff were friendly. While it is not the most affordable option, it is also not overly expensive. I particularly enjoyed the tuna tacos, but found the Urribburger to be a bit too much for me, although it wasn't bad. I appreciated learning about their non-profit initiatives and their significant donations.
