A&W Restaurant - Courtenay

Was out for a quick lunch. the service was quick. the food was as expected and the service was overall good.this place can easily handle the lunch crowd.

Always consistent. Know what to expect & never fails to meet those expectations. Quick service friendly staff.

I'll pass most fast food places but I always enjoy this A&W. Their burgers and breakfast foods are always good tasting and great value. I like the fact that A&W is promoting meat and chicken without the use of steroids. Service is fast and the staff are efficient if not always smiley. The restaurant is clean and comfortable and definitely a hangout. There is a crowd of regulars that almost seem to be part of the decor, but I find that kind of welcoming. A&W has such a history. I hope they continue to flourish for another 60 years!

A & W have been part of my life for almost 55 years.....as a teenager, I used to return from dragging our 65 plymouth with a hemi and strut our stuff on the back lane of an A and W.....a developed taste for a Ma Cheese, no onions, extra pickle was ingrained and to this day....I enjoy the same great taste and quality from the Ryan road A and W every time I visit.....no ifs ands or buts....this establishment maintains the integrity of the Dub taste and character......kewl

We went through the drive thru and had the new chicken mushroom mozza and the new beef mushroom mozza yuck is all i can say wow what a dissapointment their regular mozza burger is awesome like the teen burgers but this new one was not for me back to the old good menu .. oh andi hate the new burger wrappers both burgers fell apart in the bag
