Really meh, while the order wss done quickly. I couldn't customise my wrap as I could only subtract ingredients not add any. Which is a shame. Wouldnt mind paying extra to get additional beacon.
Me and 4 other cars waited 40 minutes at the drive thru without being served or told or anything, went inside, bought food and waited another 40 minutes to see all the other orders ready under the hot light but nobody packed any orders.
Good food fast service but tables could have done with being cleared quicker,but this is not just down to staff.customers leave the place in a mess,wouldn't like to see there houses must be like pig Styes.
Service with a smile (at least) you would expect but not the case here. No interest in the public understanding that it is a fast food establishment and although we had planned for a sit down meal at the Mill nearby we ended up here. We bought a fair amount and ordered on the automated system which is not user friendly for not regular people at McDonalds. It took us longer to order than to receive the food. The place had no atmosphere and was very robotic. Not the best McDonald's we have visited and wouldnt rush back. One good point was that we could take it away and take back to our room at the Days Inn.
