Tropical Smoothie Cafe - Countryside

I love tropical smoothie and have been going for years however my last visit was awful. The workers we?re doing their jobs and the manager Ashley or Ashleigh (however it?s spelled) seemed to have a bitter face the whole time. She made many snarky comments and put a sour taste in my mouth. I feel really bad for those employees especially because I work in fast food and have never experienced a nasty manager. Would not recommend this location because of the manager.

Placed an online order expecting my smoothie to be ready on time. I ordered a detox island green (a flavor I definetly recommend, by the way! . and when I arrived my smoothie was not on the pick up order shelf..? Have been coming for months..no problems. Asked the woman at the counter and she rolled her eyes but handed me by smoothie..Rude much? First time seeing this woman work

I love coming here everytime I visit my family and getting a smoothie and some food, but the other day when I came here and I found a hair in my sandwich. I was genuinely disgusted because who knows what bacteria was on there!! I get accidents happen but the manager should´ve been wearing a hat and making sure it was fine.

UPDATE AGAIN: just now the lady called me to try and say none of that happened! Saying no one hung up on me even though I heard the click while I was in the middle of speaking and line went dead... Telling me it was the delivery drivers fault saying he didn 't pick it up even though they forgot to make the food? (And I know he didn 't because I asked him about it when he dropped it off and he said he asked them about it in store and they told him they didn 't have anything) And when I tried to question her about it she hung up on me again!!! Absolutely 0 stars.. in fact -5 stars. UPDATE: I tried calling back one more time.. lady answers and says you 're food is missing, we 'll give the money back. And I asked for the whole order? Or just the food? And then she immediately hung up on me again and wouldn 't answer when I called back to try and clarify.. I refuse to give this store any more money and I hope her and that entire team is fired because that was beyond disgusting behavior. Original review: Ordered for delivery and they forgot 1/2 my order and only delivered my smoothie and not my food. When I tried calling the store they wouldn 't answer multiple times and the only time they did answer a lady picked up, shouted call back later and then hung up on me before I could even say anything. Absolutely horrible.

I see a lot of negativity about this place and I'm pretty surprised to hear it. I've been multiple times and both the smoothies/food and staff have been wonderful. Specifically my last visit, I had ordered a smoothie and changed my mind on which flavor I wanted.... they ended up making me another smoothie to try on the house and it made my day. Thanks Isabel and your team for being so friendly!!
