Mcdonald's - Cottondale

The restaurant was very crowded, and the staff appeared to be overwhelmed. We placed our order at a kiosk, but when it arrived, it was missing our drinks and two McGriddles. When we finally received the rest of our order, we noticed there were no straws, the McGriddles were incorrect, and we were missing jelly. It took a long time to get the missing items, and we had to repeatedly ask for them.

This location deserves negative stars. It took 50 minutes to receive our drinks. We had already finished our meal and were ready to leave 30 minutes before our drinks finally arrived. Management was not available to address our concerns. This is by far the worst McDonald's I have ever visited. The staff seemed disorganized while we were there.

The service was poor. There was no one to check on us. Later, when we paid for our items, we found that some things were missing when we got to the highway. Definitely needs better management.

That was my almost food stalls. the last 5 or 6 years, it really has gone hills. store in terms of food quality and cleanliness.

Horrible the lady up front was so rude to everyone. some customer who was in front of us was also hispanic got over charged and complained then she thought we where with her and didn’t put any sausage on all 5 of our biscuits our of spite so rude while I was nothing but patient and kind to her because I saw the stress she was in. but still she had to be petty what a horrible place ran by a mean white old lady and teens who have no idea what they are doing
