Plus they messed up the order and gave my friend the wrong sandwich. Our flies were half burnt an unsalted, whilebour Cesar's salad super salting. Definitely not coming back!
First time at The Habit with no Drive-through. I had to go in can you believe that? Lol! I’m glad I did great customer service. Nice to see a nice diversity of workers also. Nice and clean dine in area.
I tried to redeem the offer I received in the app. However, apparently their computer was giving them an error, so the employee told me that their system is giving them issues, so I can't use the coupon and have to use it thru the app. When I tried to redeem it on the app, the app pops up that the offer is already redeemed!!!! Now I can't even use the offer now because of the receiptionist! She didn't even apologize. Horrible experience, employees with bad attitude. Her name is Veronica. See attached picture of her face.
I was impressed with the double cheese burger and fries ????. I can't review the price because I didn't pay.
The team was very efficient and friendly. They forgot my bacon on my burger but mistakes happen... They also deliver and it is so smooth and easy to do so. This is our go to for our burgers. ?Almost forgot, their ranch is the BEST!!!!!
