Scilly Fish - Cornwall,Isles of Scilly

I visited a mobile fish and chip van that is quite popular, but I was left puzzled as to why. I waited for 15 minutes as everything was cooked to order, so I had high expectations. The fish was okay, but the batter could have been better. However, the real disappointment was the chips, which were discoloured brown and green and not very good. It seemed like they were poured from a large plastic bag, and I couldn't tell if they were frozen or fresh. For a fish and chip business, getting the chips wrong is a big letdown. The cost was £10.50, which included ketchup. I'm not sure where other reviewers have had their fish and chips, but my experience was not great at all.

Scilly Fish has the best fish and chips on the island, by far. While other restaurants are good, none can compare to the value for money that Scilly Fish offers.

I recently tried the takeout dinner option at this restaurant and was extremely impressed. The price per person ranged from £20 to £30, which I found to be reasonable for the quality of food and service received. Speaking of which, both the food and service were top-notch with a perfect rating of 5. The atmosphere of the restaurant also added to the overall experience with a rating of 5. I highly recommend this restaurant for a delicious and enjoyable dining experience.

The cafe offers a really nice selection of fish dishes for takeout. It's a great option for lunch, with prices ranging from £10 to £20 per person.

The restaurant is in a fantastic location right on the beach. The fish and chips were served in a large portion and were perfectly satisfying. Nothing else is necessary.
