Carrots N Dates - Cornwall

Delicious! Almost entirely gluten free. The only things not gluten free were clearly labeled. Menu also labeled with other allergens. Person I was talking to (owner? said both of her children have celiac. So great when you are somewhere you do not need to worry. Homemade gluten free bread, gluten free croutons and baked goods.

Excellent service and they have great many gluten free options including cakes and stuff.

Great little place. Has lots of info for dairy, vegan and nut allergies too. All food was tasty.

Almost everything here is gluten free. The only thing you cannot eat is the pizza/flat bread, everything else is a go. They also have some fresh dessert! Good options

Stopped in on my way through Cornwall had delicious lunch and treats. Very helpful server. Was hard to make up my mind as there were so many options!
