El Cubano Sandwich Shop - Coral Springs

So happy to have a solid place to get Cuban favorites in my super chain-restauranty suburban hometown.The cuban sandwich is very satisfying with actual fresh lechón vs the blasphemous sliced deli pork you sometimes see. Highly recommend adding croquetas de jamon.The batido de trigo is a less common offering that tastes just like honey smacks cereal blended into a sippable milkshake (as opposed to the thick, build-new-cheek-muscles-sucking-it-through-the-straw type milkshake). A light, sweet treat.The pasteles are legit too and a great deal at 5 for $5. Hope to see more options for good Cuban food making their way to Coral Springs.

Very good food excellent staff, very friendly services early morning when I pick up my colada. It's always very nice to see a friendly smile since early morning... I really recommend la Vaca Frita., Empanadas are excellent.

This place has gone down hill! Just ordered a media noche and it was the thickest bread ever and it was barely pressed. They only put two little slices of meat! There was more bread than anything else, not good at all! They used to be better but their quality has gotten much worse since they opened a second location. I won't be going back.
