Einstein Bros. Bagels - Coral Springs

Thanks to Emile, my opinion completely changed about this location. I had ordered a couple of times via Ubereats and never received my sides. By the 3rd time, I called the store and spoke to a nice man, Emile, who apologized and said that they are training people and that he would like to make it up to me. Emile didn't argue, or try to place the blame on anyone, he simply wanted to make it right. He offered to remake my food and bring it to my office for me on a day of my choosing. I was in complete disbelief. I didn't realize that there were people that still cared about others in this world, but he is most certainly one of them and for that I am so grateful.Thank you so much Emile, I really appreciate your kindness.

The service was good but the food is not worth the money. The sandwiches look nothing like the menu picture (much less loaded) and their food has so much salt and black pepper in it you can't really taste much else. Disappointed because I used to love the Hollywood location but this location puts so much salt and so little protein.
