Cooma Thai

Lovely, well-priced, delicious food with excellent service right in the heart of town. Bottle shop nearby for BYO. A great variety of dishes which can be customised to suit your personal tastes. We particularly enjoyed the chicken saté and yellow curry with banana. The main serving sizes are huge!

Dined here on a Sunday evening. Ordered a Seafood Laksa, a Goong Ob Woonsen, and vegetable spring rolls. The waiter was most attentive, noticing immediately our water bottle was empty and replacing it with a full one in a flash. Multi tasking taking orders from walk-ins, over the phone and serving tables, she was flat out and doing a wonderful job. The meals came out promptly and were excellent. The Thai flavours were very apparent and the servings were a decent size. $55 for two of us.

Stopped for dinner, the pad thai and barbecue pork just didn't taste right. Nice fresh veggies, nothing wrong with the place and its clearly popular, so maybe just a bad night for some of the dishes.

We were looking for a Thai restaurant on a Sunday evening and found this unassuming place, don't be deceived they serve very good Thai. We tried the Banana curry which we had not come across before, very nice. Staff were friendly and serves were large.
