Mcdonald's - Cookstown

Went there on 4/10/23 in drive through an Indian guy served us. We clearly said to him “one plain mini Mc flurry, 2 mc chicken sandwich meals one with coke and one with carmel frappe and a chili chicken wrap meal with chips” instead he gave us medium plain mc flurry, 2 mayo chicken (cheap burger not the right one) forgot a coke chips. Most of our order was wrong which is not acceptable especially for a fast food restaurant it was clear he barely knew any English so messed up our entire order. Next time can you actually hire people that not English and not mess everything up and his accent was strong I could barely understand him

It's McDonald's don't get excited but was warm and not slapped together

Been here many times food not bad for what it is , but service is very slow waiting patiently over 20 min for table service had to go up ask where food was to be told my order had not been added to the queue, The staff member then proceeded to pick the relevant items from what I can only describe as a food dump under 2 heat lamps in view of customers, staff just constantly make food literally dump on a huge table with 2 miserable heat lamps , who knows how long it could b there , not best practice for sure not something I've seen at other McDonald's, after finally getting my food , people had started to queue out the restaurant door because the service was so slow, the food was fine when I eventually got it but the service was terrible no apology no free item for the child just a scowl as they had been asked to do something.

Service was far too slow. One hour we waited on our food.

THE WORST FRIES LOOK LIKE SOME1 HAD MADE THEM AND THEN LEFT THEM FOR A MONTH
