Tim Horton's - Cookstown

I ordered a 5-piece chicken meal from this restaurant, but when I got home, I realized that one piece of chicken was missing. The fries I also ordered were barely warm, with some parts being hard and others soggy. The total came to £35 for one adult and three children. I had to wait in the car park for another 5 minutes for the missing chicken piece, which wasn't too bad considering the overall wait time for the order. Unfortunately, I don't think I will be returning to this restaurant. Missing items from my order is a major drawback for me.

Saw in the journey through waiting for 20 minutes (only two cars before). looked in the window for what seemed like an eternality. lady never once said hello/sorry to wait, only the height owed. I asked them if they were insulted for a short time, she said someone was lying sick. Never apologised for the waiting period and I get totally that she was under pressure, but a simple excuse continues. great coffee, but not be back, and that's a real thing. a terrible customer service that is obviously reflecting how calm they are.

Awful! Had absolutely no stock! No ice! No lemonade, only chocolate and Apple fritter doughnuts. Visited at 11.30am

Went to McDonald’s straight after! The only thing decent about this place are the drinks! The staff area about as exciting as a dead Christmas tree, ordered a vanilla ice latte got a vanilla latte then he said ok would you like to pay for...your iced one ok I didn’t want the hot one but I will take it anyway orders two strawberry milkshakes went back In then realised my festive not so festive chicken burger was missing back in again after all that they also forgot my wedges the doughnuts where not bad but the pancakes died the same day as the sausage egg muffin golilocks wouldn’t even have ate the porridge! Now I know why the lines have stopped because everyone has sobered up and went back over the road. Waste of money thanks someone please take these guys on a months training.

Refused to take cash. This is totally unacceptable. No different than putting in a number into a card machine. Unfortunately my card was retained at a hole in the wall day before Christmas Eve. New card to be sent out which wasnt much use over...Christmas. However bank advised get money from branch which I did and have been using. This is not the way forward, virus or no virus.
