Burger King - Cookeville

Food was very hot and came out fast. Service was excellent very impressed.

The service was terrible! The food was worse! The burgers were cold and the buns were stale. The onion rings were even worse!! They looked like they had been chewed up and were mushy. I don't normally leave reviews at all but I want to save anyone from eating at this restaurant.

I ordered mobile order for pickup inside store. Went to the bathroom first and it was so nasty ?. I understand it being later at night but pee on seats and smeared poop in the floor where it looked like someone missed plus the smell. Yuck. Food was ready when I got there maybe 5mins. Front line woman was nice and even exchanged a lids toy but she didn't bother to check what drinks if any we had.

I cant believe Im writing a fast food review but I am so impressed by the service. We got two whoppers and a couple chicken wraps. They were made with care and not slopped together by some angry teenager. They have actual adults working there. Whoever made our sandwiches and wraps deserve a major pay raise and respect. Tues night 6:45ish 1/9/24 Never have I ever seen such neatly presented food from a burger king or any fast food for that matter.

I go here every morning before work. The lady in drive thru always makes sure to put extra chocolate in my mocha iced coffee, always offers me the 2for$5 which always makes it cheaper for me. Love them all great workers.
