Great American Cookies - Conway

The guy broke my chocolate cone , didn’t know what he was doing, didn’t pre attention on what flavor I really wanted! Not a good experience

The ice cream is okay, but the female employees are sooooo rude. I've been in a couple of times and there is one girl in particular always very rude and rushing people.

? I ate here this evening and was helped by a wonderful young lady named Madyson. She let me take my time because I didn't know what I wanted as it was my first time there. The cookies and ice cream were amazing! I will definitely be back the next time I'm in Conway. Thanks again Madyson.???

I tried 2 cookies from here today (chocolate and white piece macadamia) cuz I forgot that this cookie was also here. but frankly, they're just okay. the white piece seemed a tinted undercopper, but the taste on both was only standard, like a cookie from a bakery. not the super cheap, but like the cookies that are about 5-6 dollars for a dozen. there are 2 better cookie options in the city so that I stay with them.

Worst service ever. Ordered placed online. Arrived and was told it would be 20 minutes for two scoops of ice cream, since that 's how long they have to fill the online order. Didn 't matter that I was already there and no other customers in the store when I arrived. The girl was rude the whole time, I would think that when a customer walks in the first words would be hello or welcome . I didn 't know serving ice cream and cookies could anger someone so bad. Would definitely not recommend.
