Freddy's Frozen Custard Steakburgers

The fries and milkshakes are the best! burgers are ok easy over cooked. three meal times and four big shakes cost $47.00, so it is a little expensive for fast eating.

Food was good. Service was not with a smile and all but two to three tables had not been wiped down. I saw another customer wiping down their table as well, so it wasn't just me.

Not what I expected. The Steak Burger was that. A strip if thin meat on a plain hamburger bun. The hot dog was tasty and the bun was nicely toasted. Not at all impressed,tho....next time I will drive past instead of thru.

I went there, end of day. If it was just me, I wouldn't complain. This food wasn't even for me. I honestly shouldn't even bother. But I want to let it be known that I ordered a Double Bacon Cheese Burger sandwich only. No onions, mustard, pickles. Add Lettuce, tomato, thousand island. And a fried chicken sandwich, plain, no bread. Here's what I got: California Double Style Cheese Burger no onions, and a Double Cheese Burger everything on it, no bread. Monumental mess up on the order. I'm the only person in my car. I can't just sit there in a busy drive through and go through my order to make sure that it's correct. It's not fair to the customers behind me, and frankly, it's not something that I should have to do.

Literally the worst fast food experience I’ve ever had. I ordered a vanilla shake with cookie dough and hot caramel. When I received my shake, there was hot fudge in there instead of caramel. I noticed this and I told the employee at the window and she suggested they remake it but was very rude in doing so. When I received my new shake it was not stirred up, I got no straw with it, they gave me a cup stacked underneath the one with the shake. I drove away and wondered why they served me two cups. I lifted the one on top and my shake cup was split into two. The hot caramel wasn’t mixed in at all and the cookie dough was falling out the sides and was in the bottom. Very disappointed in the service.
