Cook Out - Conway

We just came to the conway, SC-Kochout, who used to be really good. two tablets ordered, both with double-burgers. Now the burgers came with a little patty and the other was just half a patty. they take their hard earned money and give them the half of the hat they pay for plus it was burned. pictish from my sandwich, not from my man. this place is so far downhill, it is pathetic. I will not waste my hard-earned money here anymore.

Usually LOVE this place however seems to keep cost down they are sacraficing quality. Double burgers are no longer double just one burger cut in half, barely any meat and burnt. Would rather they increase prices instead of decreasing the quality of their food.

BEST COOKOUT I HAVE EVER BEEN TO. Even at 2:00 in the morning. The line was moving fast and the service was so friendly. Shoutout to Craig who is putting in the work and going above and beyond to make sure that every customer leaves happy. Give Craig a raise!

I ordered two trays. One: two corn dog tray, cheese bites, onion rings. Instead of cheese bites, we got a cheese quesadilla. The other: Bbq tray (with slaw and sauce), bacon wrap, onion rings. I received a bbq sandwich sitting on top of a pile of slaw and a chicken wrap in place of the bacon wrap. It was a simple order. There was no mention of substitutions.

Did not like that we had to wait outside with my family and they took forever not speedy service
