This store should be closed! The food is garbage and it's always been nothing but miserable employees that work here.
Update to owner you've requested that I contact you however you did not give me the correct contact information Perfect to pick up little items. I do wish the staff were kinder and they really need to learn the laws on service animals. The first time which was about a year ago,the owner demanded that I go home and get her certificate. About a month ago a guy who said he was the manager put his arm up to block me and would not let me in until I showed him the dogs ID. Medical information is private information. The ADA prohibits unnecessary inquiries into the existence of a disability. -ADA Technical Assistance Manual, III-4.1300. A business (public accommodation) may not insist on proof of the certification or identification for a service animal.
Terrible customer service state rudeness to management no resolution. Stay away unless you enjoy poor customer service.
Terrible service. Upon my arrival I touched their door and my thumb was pricked by a sharp object, I alerted the clerks no one cared even though my thumb was bleeding. They’re currently selling damaged Lyft cards and will not in the slightest try to help you although they’re selling them they’ll tell you to call Lyft. Beyond this review, I’m Calling corporate on everyone inside when I was there. Have a great day.
