First they tried to rush us through ordering, then they gave our order away to someone else, then they forgot two of our items and were getting annoyed with us for trying to get the order right and all the things we ordered. Then two of our orders were wrong. We ordered a toasted bagel with cream cheese, no cream cheese came on it. Got sausage on one of the bagels when we ordered bacon on both. Just overall a disappointing experience. Staff needs to pay attention to detail better.
I hope this reaches the woman at the counter that has the prettiest smile and the best attitude at 7 am. The customer service here is above and beyond for fast casual. I had a receipt with her name but lost it, but she deserves a raise!!! She helped me with my first order and I have been back 3 times since then and she remembers my name. That is incredible for a busy Atlanta restaurant. The food is good but the service is what brings me back. She has made my morning each time I have been back this week. I hope the young woman sees this because her attitude is incredible. Thank you all at Einstein Brothers but especially her.
Staff is a bit moody, no chips in my bag 2dayCould someone explain the policy about the bag of chips, every shop has given me a free bag of chips , however at times 1 or two employees will forget or they will tell me the chips are not free???
My favorite location. Great staff always friendly and efficient.
Gave the wrong food, won’t answer phone nor help with fixing what they messed up. Go somewhere else for breakfast
