They even followed that night to make sure everything was done. Everyone also greeted me with a smile that says a lot about their customer service. We will continue to order catering from here if we have events in my facility.
Because of the BFF BOGO, Moes was pretty crowded tonight. There were about four employees and the lead was on the door. I had ordered online (as I usually do), but when I came to the register, the food was not prepared. I went to my car and waited for ten minutes. When I went back to the order, I wasn't ready. As I saw the young people, it was such a sight. They remained positive, friendly and helpful. The team laughed with the customers and encouraged themselves and nobody in the line seemed upset about waiting. The staff wore gloves and upgrade sauces and informed those who wait for it not to be long. They also offered drinks that we were waiting for online orders. The presentation of teamwork and positivity is to be taken into account, and I hope I praise. Thank you for your time! p.s. I give only four stars because I want to go! I understand the problems of the supply chain, but it still makes me sad. I wish the system could update so you knew what was out of stock before you placed your order.
The manager Paula is so amazing! Every time we come she has the best customer service. She makes our nachos so good! She makes sure the all food is cooked and made excellent! I love coming to this location because of her!
Been coming here for two years now and it?s been great. Since they hired this new gal she only gives you half scoops. Now this may be cause of supply chain issues but then you get charged $19 for THIS. Anyone that?s ever gone to moes in Concord knows that this is only half of what they typically give you and the price is usually $12. So MOES, you lost a customer. Sorry
Every time I have been to this Moe's everything has been great. Last night I placed an order online for pickup and I was worried they may not see my note about wanting my drink as a sweet tea because I didn't have that option online. I was thrilled to see that they did, and my entire order was correct. The staff was quick and precise. My order was perfect. Thank you everyone and keep up the good work! I will be back again soon!
