Hooters - Concord

Jordan is the happiest bar tender I’ve seen in a while sweet smile very on top of her customers. I never wait for refills or my food or my check. She’s awesome so is everyone else at this location.

The manager is very rude! I called upset because someone clearly ate some of my fried pickles… He yelled at me and said ma’am nobody ate your fried pickles… Why is the box torn at the front and it was an empty container of ranch ranch poured on the pickles??? See picture below… I also had food items missing instead of offering to correct my order he said take it up with Uber Eats! It’s sad because he could’ve at least offered to correct my order, but instead got an attitude with me like it’s my fault.

The food and service here are hit or miss. Some servers are on their game, others not so much. The kitchen seems to constantly be a question mark. I think this restaurant is a victim of the times and probably has some problems with back of house turnover. I heard the server apologizeing to several different tables about long cook times and lackluster food produced from the kitchen. Another server explained to a table that the manager had to take over in the kitchen. This used to be one of the best places for wings but this is no longer the case. Luckily Concord has better wings to be found. I'm hoping they can get some stability in the kitchen.

Horrible service. The wait for food was crazy and not a lot of customers at the time. They seem to be focused on to go orders than the people inside eating. We sat down 1st and the waiter took our drink order. She brought our drinks and was about to take our order but then proceeded to another table to take their drink order and their food order after they sat down after us. Her excuse was because they got upset over the wait. NOT MY PROBLEM. Our table was first. Once food was ready we had to get another waiter to bring our food. Kitchen staff was on the floor and not in the kitchen which seems why food takes so long. Didn't check to see if we needed anything once we started eating. No silverware. Definitely will not be back to this location.

Just turned 21 and I got my first drink here and I'm happy to say it was an amazing experience. Our waitress Kendall was awesome and very personable, and she was fun to talk to! I wish her the best on her ventures, and the food was awesome. I would absolutely recommend
