I've tried the Bulgogi, BiBimBap, and the Philly cheesesteak, and I've enjoyed them all. My favorite was the Bulgogi, which featured a generous portion of spicy grilled meat served over sticky rice, accompanied by a small side of cucumber salad and kimchi. This hidden gem is located at the back of a grocery store and is run by an older couple, with the wife handling most of the cooking. It's definitely worth a visit!
The Korean food at this place is outstanding. I love the idea of combining a convenience store with a small restaurant. It might not seem appealing from the outside, but the dishes served in the back are incredible. I do wish there were more menu options and that the atmosphere felt a bit warmer. Still, it's a delightful hidden gem. Be sure to try the bulgogi; it's absolutely delicious!
This local restaurant is a great convenience, and the standout feature is the fresh Korean takeout prepared right in front of you. The option to order ahead makes things even better, as they will have your meal ready for you when you arrive. I'm a big fan of the bibimbap, but the bulgogi is also fantastic, and I haven’t tried anything that I didn’t like. The house-made kimchi, available in varieties like cabbage and cucumber, is very tasty too. The owner suggests letting it sit for a day before enjoying it for optimal flavor, but my wife and I have never been able to hold out that long!
