Denny's - Concord

The server Khushi was super nice and listen to me rant about the concert I went to and what happened. She was so nice about getting us everything and bought all the food to us on time and it was nice and hot.

Had a great experience here! Food was fresh and arrived quickly. Kiran (manager I think! was wonderful and offered to top up our drinks to go! We had a great lunch!

I spent $112.82 today morning for breakfast for 3. To say the least the experience was the worst I have seen by far.1- omelettes were cold as if they were lying out for pick up for a long time in the kitchen2- the bread was only warm bread not toast no butter on them3- The served not once came to ask if I wanted a refill for my coffee I had to stop someone and request for it.TOP IT ALL I had small hair in the omelettes. Pic attached . Not only this there was no option for NO TIPI was forced to pay for service which was not rendered to me . I feel the force TIP should not be an option . I will definitely escalate the matter as I did not want to give TIP to the server as there was absolutely NO CUSTOMER SERVICE from the server .

This place is amazing came here on my birthday with my dog and they sat me down and fed me for free and offered my dog some food this hospitality is unheard of especially in Vaughan this is by far the best Denny's location I ever been to Niagra falls you suck ! My server Sandy his hospitality was on point !

I had a wonderful experience at Denny's, largely thanks to Kim, our server. She was attentive and friendly throughout our meal, ensuring everything was to our liking. Kim's great service made our visit even more enjoyable, as if the large portions and absolutely amazing pancakes weren’t enough!
