Burger Factory - Concord

The entire meal came in at under $20, which was a good deal. The poutine had very small fries, especially considering it cost $7. Additionally, there was a lot of heavy toppings, which some people may enjoy, but I personally found overpowering. If I were to return, I would stick with the sweet potato fries. The burger was a bit dry and overcooked, but that could have been my fault for not specifying how I wanted it cooked. It was definitely better than McDonald's, but I was expecting a juicier burger. The staff did a good job of cleaning up after each customer. I added an egg to my burger and it helped with the dryness of the meat. Overall, I would give it 4 out of 5 stars, but I will leave a 5-star review on Google so they don't hold it against me.

The staff was courteous and friendly, and the service was prompt. The burgers were also delicious! I highly recommend trying the chicken fillet burger and the Juicy Lucy on Fire.

The burger and fries were fantastic. I will definitely return with friends to sample more items on the menu. Thank you for a great dining experience.

Just osum.. my body was missing a good beef burger since i moved to canada..last time i tried burger factory was in Pakistan, karachi.. taste is totally same.. 100% must try if somebody have not tried this place specially people from Pakistan who already knows this burger joint..

Just terrible. only three chicken pliers and one of them was not cooked. not all potato in the tornadofries were cooked. the burger was just sad. I asked for a good beef bacon. the speck was flimsy and felt so tender. I also asked light Siracha sauce and they put it over my burger. the hühnerburger was sad. the staff almost forgot the Tornado riders. do not come back.
