No covid protocols, people on top of each other. rude staff and managers. food was cold and substandard GO SOMEWHERE ELSE

It was OK. Nothing to write home about. The atmosphere is good. Lot's of TV's to watch. Service was good. Server was very nice. The wings are OK... nothing special... just OK. Prices are a little on the high side. Would I return.... maybe....

The wings at this restaurant are decent, but be cautious when ordering a draft beer. I ordered a Heineken, one of the pricier options on tap, and was surprised to see the server trying to pour beer that had been sitting out for at least a few minutes in a jug under the counter. When I mentioned that I didn't want beer that had been sitting out, the server became defensive and claimed they didn't want to waste beer. I expressed concern about the health department's view on serving beer in this manner, but the server insisted that they had never received complaints and suggested I speak to management. Despite this issue, the sports bar overall is average, with friendly servers and decent but small wings.

I visited this restaurant for the second time and it was just as good as the first visit, which is why we decided to come back. The hostess was excellent in finding comfortable seating for us. I have a bad knee, so the raised booth made it easier for me to get up. Our waitress was cheerful, bubbly, and engaged us in conversation and laughter effortlessly. She was very attentive and a doll. Her name is HEATHER. The atmosphere was lively and the music was great. The restaurant was clean and visually appealing with lots to look at. The menu had a wide variety of wing options. We ordered the Hail Caesar wings and the pineapple curry wings, along with fries. Everything was hot, crispy, and delicious. The fries were amazing and the gravy was very good. Overall, it was another great experience and we definitely plan to come back. We traveled from Courtice to visit this restaurant.

Great customer service from Filiz! She was amazing! Overall staff was very welcoming and quick service! Great music! My kids loved Filiz and the food! Will definitely be visiting this location again!
