We had a wonderful experience here. We just drove into town and wanted a place to eat and just walked in. They were closed for a private event, but Cathy and wade, the owners expanded a very warm welcome. We went back 3 evenings, and we are always welcome with Cathy and wades warm smiles. Steak night on Friday night is great. Cathy's steak sauce is exalted. Please book j advance for Friday night Steak night.

EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE! Oh, my God! The food is excellent and exceptional! I'll be back and forth and AGAIN! Your sandwiches are made with so much love – I recommend the Niki! Friday night Steak night is my FAVORITE! Their steaks are all hand cut by the owner and taste amazing! I love having dates with my husband. We make sure we call and reserve before time!!! The wine bar is also very elegant and makes me feel at home. It is very cozy and relaxing! It's a hidden jewel in Texas Hill!

The food here is amazing. You have made delicious house chips the rueben is one of my favorites I've ever had, but you really can't go wrong with something on the menu. Food for the soul belongs and operated by two very hard work, love good people who take care of their customers experience. Very recommended

We enjoyed sausage sandwiches last Friday while listening to live music with Anthony Garcia out on the square. The first time visited and went to Steakabend on Friday night. It is probably recommended to ensure availability, but the steaks were amazing!!! We decided to sit outside and enjoy the beautiful evening and live music! Definitely will come back!!!
