Location is just awful: it was invaded by any kind of insects, particularly crickets so while we were enjoying our (expensive) food, these little ones were jumping all over the table. The place looks dirty and despite the presence of insect staff was just acknowledging that was normal, so do not expect an apology
Le piramidi might be one of the best restaurant of lido di Spina. Seafood is fresh and do not rely on the menu they have plenty of delicious and fresh stuff outside, just catch the owner (he seems to impersonate the character of a pirate) and let him explain what is the fresh catch of the day from Porto Garibaldi. If they have it, get the linguini alla Granseola, it is delicious. Portions are very big you would be ok with 2 courses. It is a bit pricey considering that is a lido on the beach (we spent 50 euros for 2 courses 1/2 bottle of wine each in a group of 10 people). I would come back there again!
Dinner with friends. fresh fish. fantastic shrimps and cutlets with superlative capers of curling olives. we are coming
This was not my place of choosing and I'd probably have done a little more digging around before eating here. The menu is expensive €150 for lunch for 4 of us). Food was average overall; large side salad, grilled veg cold and served well before the rest of the food). The picture showing the mixed grill was for 2 people not sure how it would have looked for one). The fried seafood I had was good, but lacked variety only one scampi). When asked if they did a non-seafood menu they said no, but then we preceded to watch others served non-seafood! Small pour when it came to a sorbet to finish the meal, and it was more of a milkshake. Overall, expensive and probably better places to eat/drink.
