Customer service is number#1 and they are great! Although a little pricey, you can't beat the quality and atmosphere!

Good tasting healthy meal and they offer green tea.

Good food so-so service. The last time I went to this Panera was with my family (brother, sister-in-law, parents, wire . So there were quite a few of us but the restaurant was not busy. The woman taking our order was incredibly gruff and seemed in a general state of annoyance about taking our order (umm, that's what you're here for lady . So that was a little unfortunate. The food was good though so I can deal with an annoyed order taker I suppose as long as the food is good.<br/ <br/ Their french onion soup is consistently delicious and the baguettes are also really good (especially when fresh out of the oven!

I was in this location a few months back and felt the pain of staff trying to serve customers without enough workers. I came back recently, and they turned the place around. Management has done an awesome job at turning things around in these difficult pandemic times. It simply felt like employees were happier and things were running smoothly. Awesome job Panera! Thank you for serving my food and I have a lot of respect for all that actually shows up for work and continue to smile despite many challenges all around us.
