Danny's Delicious Deli - Columbus

This restaurant is a great hidden gem with tasty sandwiches, though a bit on the expensive side. The parking situation is not the best, with limited availability and a nearby garage as the best option. Online ordering for curbside pickup was a bit disappointing as I didn't receive any updates or notification when my order was ready, resulting in me having to pay for parking and go inside to pick up my food.

I happened to come across this restaurant during a business trip, and I found it to be quite good.

I first found Danny's a few years back when my daughter was studying at OSU. I have been let down by corned beef options in Southwest Ohio. However, I discovered that this place serves Cleveland-style corned beef and I was pleasantly surprised. Now, when I miss home, I can just take a drive to Columbus instead of making the 3-hour journey to Cleveland.

Food is very good with exception to the saurkraut, I felt like it was just fresh cabbage

Great downtown place for breakfast or lunch. I order online and receive a text message when it is ready. The burgers are really good. My favorite is the Western burger. It has bacon and bbq sauce. Super good. You can dine in, but I have always just ordered takeout. Meter parking nearby.
