Chick-fil-a - Columbus

It was delicious! Cobb salad for me, spicy chicken sandwich meal for the niece in law and chicken sandwich meal for my son. Good customer service!

1. Cleanliness needs improved. 2. Families with screaming children throw food on the ground and no one cleans it. The kids who are running the front registers are too busy talking to each other or checking their phones to notice. 3. My food has NEVER beenhot here.

The food is always hot when I go there. The employees are also very courteous professional. They're quick as well. Thx for the great svc! ????????

Received old and hard chicken nuggets and the fries were soggy. I regret going to the nearest chic-fil-a near my home. I do not plan to return unless I can receive a full refund for the food.

The food and service was excellent ; however the playroom was disgustingly dirty and a manager was sitting right there giving two employees what sounded like a professional development course. To be fair, I did not directly ask for assistance with theissue BUT he did hear me tell my children that we were leaving because it was dirty.
