Square Market Cafe - Columbia

The most important reason I am writing a review is because I felt the cafe is really DIRTY. Dust is everywhere. the ceiling vent is black.

Since I moved here back in October 2023 this has become my favorite place to eat!! My fiancée and I come here on his lunch break weekly. The service is almost always spot on, however yesterday wasn't the best but it wasn't bad enough to leave a bad review bc it's the 1st time this has ever happened. The food is always fresh and on point! The restaurant is small and cluttered but always clean . I would recommend this place 100x's over!

Great location on the square (except for parking! . Food, service and atmosphere are good. However, prices have crept up no longer a good value. Tab for a chicken salad sandwich, a reuben sandwich, and a kids grilled cheese (no drinks was $34. Really? And the chicken salad and corn beef were spread way too thin for what they charge.

I would recommend and I would go back. The overall service was a little slower than I would have liked especially trying to entertain hungry kids but still a good spot for lunch with family.
