Cicis Pizza - Columbia

I was very disappointed after driving through heavy traffic to get a good salad. When I arrived, the mixed salad they served was quite poor. I asked the manager, a woman, if they had any more salads, and she looked me in the eye and said they were out. While I was speaking to a young lady about getting a refund, one of the staff brought out a bag of salad, which shocked me. It felt like I was lied to in that moment, especially since I had to wait for my refund after that encounter. I sat with my son while he ate, not wanting to ruin his evening. I've come to this restaurant frequently and have never experienced such dishonesty, especially from Manager Jessica. This level of customer service is unacceptable.

If I could give him a 0... I'd probably. It's low-grade. The crust was thin and rubbery, u can seriously say a difference between them and a top pizza fast food chain. With the price they charge, it should be 10 times better.?

My favorite locations like 8 different cicis I was over the country?? best manager, don?t remember his name, but he?s on the higher side!

Great food, but the girl at the counter was very rude and respectful. Many people and there are children who are completely out of control. If you want to relax after a hard day at work, I would look different.

Excellent service. Fresh hot pizza . Manager I think his name was Mitchell and all the staff were great. Love the full choices of salad, soups and dessert.
