Wasn't expecting much, a predetermined bias based on most fast food experiences these days. I was wrong. This was a good experience. The staff was friendly and professional and fairly quick. The food was hot and good. We used the app to order and I walked inside. I was there for approx 6 minutes before I got my food. The order was correct and the team member even apologized for the wait. Highly recommend.
The menu no longer carries the good items that made Taco Bell the place to go for quick American-Mexican food. Like a beef burrito, enchirito, pintos, and cheese. The menu has items with so many ingredients in them you have to special order everything just to get a burrito with beef and cheese in it.Service is slow. Food is made sloppily. At least 50% of the time, I when I get home, the order is wrong. Also, they don't put a sufficient amount of ingredients in their items. A taco might have three strands of cheese and a tiny bit of meat.I'm sorry I tried it again.Boy, I really miss the menu with items items like beef and cheddar cheese burrito, enchirito, bean, and cheddar cheese burrito. I'm not alone. Anyone aged 40 and up misses the old menu.
I used to love going to this location (especially after a poor experience at Washington Rd location closer to National Hills left a bad taste in my mouth) but the service leaves MUCH to be desired when the person answering the phone doesn 't seem to understand that ordering Delivery through the Taco Bell app and ordering doordash , while similar, are two COMPLETELY different things. Rather than clarify that they contract their deliveries through doordash, the young lady then chose to argue with me a moment when I was trying to explain the situation as my mobile app was crashing and upon pulling up my order on my computer it showed as being a pickup order rather than being a delivery order. This culminated with her setting the phone down and telling someone else in the store to handle me, during which time I sat on the other end and listened as she proceeded to talk trash about myself and I 'm sure other customers.As someone who works in customer service, trust me, I understand things can be annoying. what ISN 'T ok is having a foul attitude and storming off when someone is simply explaining the situation and asking for clarification to ensure an order was put in correctly, and then not having the decency to put them on hold to wait while another team member is found who can help them.also, delivery driver had my food loose in his trunk. just putting it out there. that will be a separate complaint.
