Western Omelette LLC - Colorado Springs

Being from out of town my husband and I were looking for a breakfast spot and we were lucky enough to come across Western Omelette. Wonderful food, hefty portions, and great customer service. We will definitely be back the next time we’re in town!

The whole staff was, polite, attentive, up beat! Teresa was my server and she was awesome! Food was great too! A very pleasant experience

Great food! Wait staff fun, genuinely friendly, and attentive. Never felt rushed and the prices are reasonable.

We love to come to Western Omelette, we usually go to the one in Fountain because everyone is so nice. Today we came to this western omelette, the other waitresses had a smile and were vey attentive, but our waitress never smiled, she hardly came to check on our table (Leila) . I know we all have hard days and it was very busy but we do need to be attentive and nice to the customers. Customer service is very important especially if you want that 18- tip.

After having technical issues with an E-gift card, Russel was very nice and helped me right away and even increased the gift card value (too kind! and left it for me to pick up. Staff was lovely and many asked if I needed assistance when I walked in! I will say I have eaten here before and the food and service was very good, will have to come back again soon!
