Taco Express - Colorado Springs

Underestimated. There’s always a nice vibe at that corner spot, especially since I didn’t have much of it in the first few years I lived here. Alfonso has always been the go-to person. I recently decided to visit again, and wow, I’ve really been missing out. The atmosphere is so much more comfortable, and it’s definitely worth it. It’s not the cheapest place, but these days, good food comes at a price, and I think it’s worth it. I’ll update this review as soon as I try their breakfast burritos!

I'm really frustrated because I can never seem to get my order right. I placed an order for two chicken enchiladas, but one of them came with cheese all over it, which I didn't ask for. It's disappointing, especially since they didn't even apologize for the mistake, and now I have to drive 40 minutes to get home again. There was no offer of compensation either.

My favorite runway! whenever I'm on a meatless kick, I order the chilie rellenos or bean tostadas. great customer service too. carnes asada pommes are charming and shady!

Make sure to request an itemized receipt. I was overcharged. The food was ok, nothing special.
