Great service friendly staff hard working especially during rushes. I’ve managed a couple of restaurants and I know the undeniable importance of communication on the fly and the team here definitely has an effective way or prioritizing orders and getting them out quick and efficient while not sacrificing on quality. Keep up the good work guys!
Tonight was good, but usually it is a 10 min or more in drive thru. Mess up order or not much in your tortilla. It's better if u go inside. It's cheap and convenient but taco bell has gone downhill in general over the years. Wish they would wrap the burrito the way they used to with one side open. Tortillas not big enough for the food they put in so it is mostly tortilla.Parking: There's plenty of parking
Worst Taco Bell in the springs. Let me start this off my saying I am a very patient and understanding person when it comes to food establishments, I've worked the rainbow of them. I worked at Taco Bell, which made this ten times more disappointing. My friends and I went to Taco Bell last night, the car in front of us drove off after waiting 20 mins for the car in front of them to be helped. We waited ten more minutes before finally reaching the speaker to be told that they would be right with us. After 20 minutes I started to get mad and tell my friends how I worked at Taco Bell and how it should never take this long, and how this is the worst customer service I've ever had. The lady finally answered the headset to tell us to leave because her listening to my conversation was disrespecting their establishment. She then threatened to call the police on us if we didn't leave all because we sat their with almost 30 minutes of nothing just wanting to have our order taken or to at least be assured we would helped. Awful customer service, rude staff, absolutely terrible experience. HIGHLY DO NOT RECOMMEND. I would give 0 stars if I could
This is the closest Taco Bell to my place so it’s the easiest to go to. I don’t know what happened recently but it’s like they’re not even trying. I don’t think I’ve had a single order right in a month. I’d say I got once or twice a week since I work late and it’s close. Every time I’ve asked for no sour cream, it’s always there. My Crunchwrap consistently comes with tomatoes and sour cream even when asked for none. My girlfriends light sour cream quesorito is more like extra sour cream. And for some reason there’s some kind of sauce and chicken(? wiped onto the side of my soft taco? Like what is going on. All while the young lady working the window tried to charge us, we had a mobile order so we already paid, and then tried to give us the wrong drinks/wrong order. They won’t even answer the phone to make the order right. It’s ridiculous. At this point it’s worth it to drive 5 more minutes up Academy to go to the one on Austin Bluffs
