Low budget manager. Paid for food, got home to someone else 's order. They never gave us a receipt so therefore they would not correct the order. WILL DO A CHARGEBACK WITH MY BANK but who the f does business like this? Insane! No one is trying to get free crappy food. Sonic DO BETTER. HIRE SOMEONE WITH MORE THAN AN 8TH GRADE EDUCATION TOO, that doesn 't look like 50 shades of methamphetamine. Jfc.

This location is usually always great... So my question. Why did I pay for a large if this is all I get? Kinda ridiculous

Sonic storefront with thievery inside to the customer. We've been eating at Sonic for a long time. But lately we order the pretzel sticks on the app only to find out that there aren't. When we get to the location. Then they asked us to pick out something else instead. Every time they keep the change no matter the difference in price and always to sonic favor. ?This time they didn't have any breadsticks so she asked me to choose something else anything on them what you like we chose. So I chose eight mozzarella sticks. The waitress them came back with 4 sticks which is a huge discrepancy in price between pretzel sticks cost and 4 mozzarella sticks cost. We then call the 866 number and sonic told us that if they don't have it there supposed to offer you something else. If there isn't something else you could get your money back. We've never gotten our money back ever from Sonic. I truly don't understand Sonic has excellent commercials that bring you in and want you to visit Sonic. However when you get there they do everything they can to make sure you don't come back. From watering down slushies, not getting your order right to never offer get your money back.

Not even open until listed close time, this is the 3rd time we’ve tried to go about an hr before close for ice cream we’re disappointed to find closed with plenty of time until close not like we’re showing up 5 min until close. Also several others there finding the same disappointment. We drove to 2 other locations which were also closed….why are hours “updated” a few days ago if you’re not there?!

I was in on may 4th 2022, the lady that took my order was kind and courteous, however, they initially forgot our mozzarella sticks which fortunately we caught before we were out of the lot. A man I assume was the manager brought them out and apologized. I get home 5 miles away only to find that that had also forgot my corn dogs. I tipped at the window when I first received my order, and didn’t even get the courtesy of checking my order to make sure I was receiving what I payed for. No receipt was given, I went back and got the same sorry from the same guy that initially corrected our missing item. Every time something is either wrong or cold. Trash location. Semper Fidelis.
